महाराष्ट्रातील फाटाफुटीनंतर अपात्रतेची लढाई सुरूच आहे. अजित पवार गटाच्या आमदारांना अपात्र करण्यासंदर्भातील आमची याचिका मा. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात दाखल आहे. आज आमच्या वकिलांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचे सरन्यायाधीश श्री. चंद्रचूड यांच्यासमोर आपले म्हणणे मांडले. हे म्हणणे ऐकल्यानंतर, "२३ तारखेला याबाबत सुनावणी लावून घ्यावे; मी स्वतः हे मॅटर ऐकणार आहे. " म्हणजेच महाराष्ट्रातील गद्दारी लोकांसमोर आली पाहिजे अन् त्यावर काहीतरी कारवाई झाली पाहिजे, यासाठी आमचा हा लढा सुरू आहे. कारण, महाराष्ट्राच्या संस्कार आणि संस्कृतीचा हा भाग असून आपले संस्कार आणि संस्कृती वाचविली पाहिजे.

चार नंबर कोर्टामध्ये न्यायाधीश सुर्यकांतजींसमोर १६ व्या क्रमांकावर नागालॅंडच्या आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेच्या याचिकेवरील सुनावणी लागली होती. या याचिकाकर्त्यांचे म्हणणे ऐकून दोन मिनिटात नोटीस काढण्याचे आदेश दिले, ही अत्यंत चांगली गोष्ट आहे. याच प्रकरणात त्यांना महाराष्ट्रासंबधात सांगितल्यानंतर त्यांनी शांतपणे ऐकून घेतले. आम्ही त्यांना सांगितले की, ३ एप्रिलपर्यंत अजित पवार गटाला आपले म्हणणे सादर करण्याचे आदेश आपण दिले होते. मात्र, अजित पवार गटाने आजपर्यंत आपले म्हणणे मांडलेले नाही. ही बाब ऐकल्यानंतर, " हे प्रकरणही १६ तारखेच्या कामकाजात घ्या; हे मॅटरही मी ऐकणार आहे." आता आनंदाची गोष्ट ही आहे की, तिन्ही याचिकेंसंदर्भात, नागालॅंड एक आणि महाराष्ट्रातील दोन या याचिका न्यायालयासमोर आहेत. त्याच्या तारखा लागलेल्या आहेत. त्यामुळेच आता आम्हाला अपेक्षा आहे की, येत्या एक दीड महिन्यात या सर्व याचिकांवरील सुनावणी संपलेली असेल अन् महाराष्ट्राला न्याय मिळेल. या याचिकेंसंदर्भात आदरणीय शरद पवार साहेब अत्यंत गंभीर असून त्यांनी सर्वांशी गांभीर्यपूर्वक चर्चा करून या याचिका अत्यंत ताकदीने लढण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत.
