आज फिरसे BJP की ED स���जीव अरोड़ा के घर आई है। एक साल में ये तीसरी बार उनके घर BJP की ED आई है। और पिछले एक महीने में दूसरी बार। फिर भी कुछ नहीं मिला है इनको। मैं मोदी जी को बताना चाहता हूँ कि पंजाब गुरुओं की ��रती है औरंगजेब भी नहीं झुका सका था। ये भगत सिंह की धरती है जो अंग्रेजों के सामने कभी नहीं झुके, तो मोदी के इन हथकंडों के सामने पंजाब कभी नहीं झुकेगा। ED-BJP के इस अनैतिक गठबंधन का अंत पंजाब से ही होगा।

पूरे सम्मान और आदर के साथ, मैंने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट की माननीय जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता शर्मा जी को पत्र लिखकर निवेदन किया है कि, वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में, मेरी अंतरात्मा मुझे इस मामले की कार्यवा���ी में उनके समक्ष, आगे भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं देती।

मेरे लिए यह किसी व्यक्ति विशेष का प्रश्न नहीं है, बल्कि उस भरोसे का प्रश्न है जिस पर न्याय व्यवस्था खड़ी होती है- कि हर नागरिक को न्याय न केवल निष्पक्ष हो, बल्कि निष्पक्ष दिखाई भी दे।

मैं यह भी स्पष्ट करना चाहता हूँ कि न्यायपालिका और संविधान पर मेरा विश्वास पूरी ��रह अटूट है। लेकिन जब मन में गंभीर संदेह रह जाए, तो केवल औपचारिक भागीदारी मेरे लिए सही नहीं है।

इसलिए मेरे पास सत्याग्रह के अलावा कोई रास्ता नहीं बचा…

CBI files its response on Arvind Kejriwal’s fresh affidavit. It does not dispute that:

1. Both the children of the Hon’ble Justice are on the Central Government panel.
2. ⁠That the Solicitor Geveral of India, Sh Tushar Mehta, who appears for CBI in this case, marks them matters that are paid matters.
3. ⁠That the son has been marked several matters since his empanelment in 2022.
4. ⁠The empanelment and these marking coincide with the tenure of the Hon’ble Justice as a High Court Judge

CBI says this is not conflict of interest? What do you think?

Arvind Kejriwal is undeniably the Modi government's prime target. But their modus operandi goes far beyond just attacking him directly. Because they cannot defeat him at the ballot box, their strategy is to ruthlessly annihilate his entire support system. They systematically target every crucial pillar around him to cut off his strength and completely cripple the Aam Aadmi Party's operations from all sides.

Look at the surgical precision of their political witch hunt. Every single leader they targeted was a foundational pillar of the party.

They went after Satyendar Jain long before this fabricated liquor case even started. Why? Because he was the architect of the Mohalla Clinics and the man who ensured every household got 200 units of free electricity 24/7. They wanted to kill the Delhi healthcare and power model.

​They went after Manish Sisodia because he is Arvind Kejriwal's most trusted friend and the brain behind the historic education revolution. The BJP could not stand the fact that government schools were outperforming private ones, so they threw the Education Minister in jail.

​They went after Vijay Nair, who was strictly the party's communication in-charge. He had absolutely zero role in the Delhi government or any state policies. But AAP's communication strategy was miles ahead of the BJP's massive propaganda machinery. They locked him up just to cripple our social media and media outreach.

​They targeted Durgesh Pathak. Even though he was an MLA at the time they came after him, he was not a minister and had absolutely nothing to do with the excise policy. His only crime was being the core organization man who built the ground machinery that humiliated the BJP and threw them out of the MCD. They had to take out the ground commander.

​They jailed Sanjay Singh. Again, he held no position in the Delhi government. But as a Rajya Sabha member, he was a massive nightmare for the BJP. He exposed them relentlessly inside and outside Parliament. They needed to silence AAP's most fearless voice.

​This was never about a liquor scam. The Rouse Avenue Court proved that when it completely discharged Arvind Kejriwal and the rest of the leadership. The CBI had absolutely zero merit or evidence to even start a trial. The entire case was a manufactured lie to steal an election.

​After this humiliating defeat, a rattled Amit Shah boasted about using whatever tools they have, including the judiciary, to keep coming after Arvind Kejriwal. But that tactic backfired spectacularly. Arvind Kejriwal walked right into the court and argued the recusal case himself, exposing their massive conflict of interest for the whole country to see.

​Humiliated and outsmarted in court, the Modi government immediately fell back on its original playbook: attacking the ecosystem. They unleashed the ED on Ashok Mittal, who was elevated to the position of AAP's Rajya Sabha Deputy Leader just a few days ago. Because their judicial manipulation failed to trap Arvind Kejriwal, they are once again lashing out to terrorize the leadership standing alongside him.

​BJP is deeply mistaken if they think misusing central agencies will break AAP. You can target our leaders all you want, but @ArvindKejriwal will never bow down to this dictatorship.
