@ChrisCuomo You can not view this through the lens of an entertainment enterprise. You should view it through the lens of history, and you would realize just how dangerous it is to ignore the blatant disregard of decorum.
@JennMJacksonPhD Are you seriously making a false equivalent argument about an assault on someone who was literally doing his job? (Remove Dr. from your name)
@ion_the_prize@MidlevelCare@pppforpatients PA education is far superior to the outdated and inefficient medical school model. I would have more confidence in a PA 6 years out of school vs. an MD/DO 2 years out of Residency.
@pppforpatients@ion_the_prize@MidlevelCare PAs will never work in an environment that is unsupported, and we are not supervised and have never been "supervised". The fact that you think this only shows the lack of knowledge you have about modern PAs.
@ion_the_prize@MidlevelCare@pppforpatients Well considering I am one of those PAs that introduced and legislation and had it passed in Maine... I think I am very well aware. Tell me... how is it you think PAs currently practice? And what will be different with OTP? (hint: nothing)
@ion_the_prize@MidlevelCare@pppforpatients Intended scope of practice? PAs have a very well defined scope of practice. We are generalists who have the flexibility to provide care in many roles that a nurse practitioner or MD/DO can not. You have no idea what you are talking about.
@ion_the_prize@MidlevelCare@pppforpatients The statements I keep seeing from PPP makes me believe that none of you who push this narrative actually have any idea of how PAs currently practice medicine. First of all, PAs are very well trained. If you take an MD x4 years or a PAx4 years of practice, hands down, PAs are best
