*क्या वास्तव में कुछ तथाकथित "बहुसंख्यक" यूनियनें आज भी बैंक कर्मचारियों के हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रही हैं?*

बैंक कर्मचारियों को स्वयं विचार करना चाहिए—

* जो व्यक्ति 12–15 वर्ष पहले ही सेवानिवृत्त हो चुके हैं, क्या उनका वर्तमान बैंक कर्मचारियों की वास्तविक समस्याओं से सीधा संबंध रह गया है? यदि वे सेवा में नहीं हैं, तो वर्षों तक यूनियन के शीर्ष पदों पर बने रहने का औचित्य क्या है?

* पिछले कुछ दिनों से संगठन के खाते में ₹5.7 करोड़ के लेन-देन को लेकर भी अनेक प्रश्न उठाए जा रहे हैं। यदि यह जानकारी असत्य है तो संबंधित संगठन को स्वयं पारदर्शिता के साथ स्थिति स्पष्ट करनी चाहिए। पारदर्शिता ही विश्वास का आधार है।

* वर्षों से Industrial Relations (IR) की प्रक्रिया पर कुछ चुनिंदा संगठनों का एकाधिकार बना हुआ था। अब जब Department of Financial Services (DFS) ने सभी यूनियनों के लिए IR Meeting के दरवाज़े खोले हैं और समान अवसर की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाया है, तो कुछ संगठनों की बेचैनी स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रही है।

यदि वास्तव में कर्मचारियों के हित सर्वोपरि हैं, तो सभी यूनियनों को समान अवसर मिलने का स्वागत होना चाहिए, न कि उसका विरोध।

लोकतंत्र में एकाधिकार नहीं, समान अवसर होना चाहिए।
प्रतिनिधित्व कुछ लोगों का विशेषाधिकार नहीं, बल्कि हर कर्मचारी का अधिकार है।

इसलिए सभी राष्ट्रहित एवं कर्मचारी हित को सर्वोपरि मानने वाले साथियों से निवेदन है कि वे ऐसी यूनियन का साथ दें जो *विचारधारा से ऊपर उठकर कर्मचारियों के अधिकार, पारदर्शिता, समान प्रतिनिधित्व और सकारात्मक औद्योगिक संबंधों* के लिए कार्य करे।
