@SGV_UK Hope you feel better soon Shaun. God bless xx

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@SGV_UK Sorry I just had an email about this and had no idea how much it was. Michael Sandler does much more affordable options on his school of mystics where he does clearings if looking for something similar - what helped me with Jesus support to restore soul fragments afterwards x

This lady is meant to be good apparently but never tried her myself as I worked out my own system by support with variety of input and influence. Hope it helps and call Jesus in to Superpower your healing if that is something you feel is right x

A woman drew a hopscotch grid in front of her shop and recorded the reactions of passersby. 🥺

@SGV_UK Also thought, we have a lot of powerful light bombarding our planet right now and it can be disorientating to our bodies and minds. Its a good thing, but doing a simple grounding exercise each day, imagining tree roots grounding you to Mother Earth's core is really helpful too x

@SGV_UK Magnesium helps relax blood vessel walls, improving blood flow and reducing resistance, which supports healthy circulation. Good sources include leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.

@SGV_UK Foods with L-glutamine include beef, chicken, fish, dairy products like milk and cheese, eggs, nuts, tofu, red cabbage, corn, rice, oats, beans, beets, spinach, carrots, parsley, wheat, papaya, Brussels sprouts, celery, kale, and fermented foods like miso

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@SGV_UK It may be to do with amino acids for circulation potentially - Foods high in L-arginine include nuts, seeds, meat (especially turkey and chicken), fish, dairy products, legumes, and whole grains.

@Pontifex As Martin Luther King said injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere, we should not have discrimination and lack of ability to look at own countries war crimes to track back energies of injustice so we can learn to stop it by being prayerful in the right ways in trade

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@Pontifex The pope is making a timely message to address growing unrest, which comes from misunderstanding and lack of looking at situations without bias. We need to heal the deep wounds on all sides as there has been injustice done to all and that leaves wounds that come to stain our live

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@Pontifex Many countries that end up with terror, do not come out of nowhere. It comes from them being terrorised for Western gain when we were not watching. So understanding is needed. Terror can be prevented by us keeping an eye on how wealth is being made & power pursuit quest 4 energy

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@Pontifex I genuinely believe the Pope is a good man sent by God to help bring unity and peace, and be fair not feed into media propaganda and hatred of our foreign brothers and sisters, as that is what Satan wants. Divide and conquer. We are to heal and send healing to the wounded

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@Pontifex I see from a lot of comments there is still a lot of deep unhealed wounds in our world, and carrying a lack of understanding. We deeply need to learn to forgive and understand and not take things out on Muslims. That is the whole point of Christianity. Need to heal broken hearts

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@SGV_UK Be kind an patient with yourself, sometimes we get triggered by things and its just the bodies way of trying to remind us that it has a bruise and a wound stored somewhere within and its trying to remind us through something else that it wants us to let go so it can heal

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@SGV_UK https://t.co/n3fZZHb745 I have not done this specific one, but my own version of healing physical, emotional, etheric, energy centres, karmic, mental realms, and by infilling with light of soul that Jesus can return, it helps bring lasting healing.

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@SGV_UK Hi Shaun, I have done my own form of holographic healing, where you energy centre's get cleared out from emotional trauma and wounds. I then ask Jesus to go into the realms I can't and collect the broken and fragmented aspects of my soul from these traumas and reintegrate them

[Black Sheep Booklover @AMummykins]

@SGV_UK Happy birthday for tomorrow Shaun xx
