@Nordstrom Disappointing experience at Nordstrom Fashion Show (Las Vegas). Returned 2 jackets—told gift card only (closed card). Manager needed “authorization,” waited 10 mins for same answer. One staff rude, another apologetic. Not the Nordstrom standard.

@southpointlv Coronado Cafe with my service dog. Was treated very rudely by supervisor named Deanna. She had 2 guards interrogate me, then yelled at us because my dog sat next to me. The ADA doesn't allow questioning of service animals and it's ok to sit next to their owner.

@SaksOFF5TH Horrible experience shopping https://t.co/6BTdq9PDjk. I purchased 4 items on website and only received 3 items. The 3 items didn't fit so I returned them and called customer service about the 4th missing item. Customer service denied my claim and said sorry. Don't shop here.
