Week 11 ✅ Confilct/change; these are 2 things that are difficult for me to deal with. Learning about how to deal with them is very useful for me as a leader! Constructive criticism and the expression of disagreement are needed and are very powerful. #OUB329 @B329CelticOwl

Week 10 ✅ Mobilising followers? I hadn't a clue what this meant when I first seen the title. Turns out it's all about leadership through relationships and influencing others within your team. Good leaders can make time for long-term relationship building. #OUB329 @B329CelticOwl

Week 9 ✅Positive working relationships are key to success in business. Collaboration enables a team to build trust, the opportuinty to grow and have open/respectful conversations. I can't see any negatives here.. #collaboration is the way forward! #OUB329 @B329CelticOwl

Week 3 ✅ #Leadership and #Populism 🥴The word populism seems scary, especially from someone living in N.I! It's been a key focus of our past, present & definitely future! Policitical leadership here affects us all so greatly, it isn't a very positive time.. #B329 @B329CelticOwl
