I have Axis Bank credit card. I am trying to payment through this card on e-commerce site but i didn't receive OTP for final payment. I am talk to coustomer support and visit Branch regarding this issue but they don't respond and don't resolve my issue.

@sumit63363619 @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport @RBI If salary not credited to account minimum 2-3 months then they convert salary account to saving account but my salary every month credit to account the why they deduct amount

Axis Bank deducted 3947/- from my account with 710/- Gst without informing and not send any Msg of deduction. It's not a Minimum balance Account maintenance charge because my account is salary Account.
