Just a name Vande Bharat, service like traditional trains,even worse, train was delayed but announcement shows its on time, platform clock show 7 am, announcement shows train on time at 6:50

Despite having confirm 12002 SHATABDI EXPRES ticket, not allowed to enter upper class waiting room at NDLS ( demand additional fee to enter waiting room at station premise). Force to enter into sleeper class waiting room, here total black out in washing area. @IndiaRailway

My father has confirm AC train ticket from H Nizamuddin Railway station but he was defined to enter upper class waiting room. Why @indianrail charging for waiting room at rlwy stn?
