Airtel + Amazon: Please take ownership and resolve this.

I claimed the Amazon Prime benefit through Airtel Thanks, but the membership is now not working.

Amazon Prime Customer Care says: “Give us the membership ID.”

Airtel says: “We don’t have any such membership ID.”

If Airtel is providing/activating the Prime benefit, Airtel should be able to identify the activation/membership reference and coordinate with Amazon to restore it
Please escalate this to the concerned team and resolve it instead of asking the customer to contact the other compny

So who is responsible for resolving this?

I have already contacted BOTH customer-care teams and am simply being sent back and forth between Airtel and Amazon.

@classmatebyitc i ordered printed registers from classmateshop on 18 jan2024. They told me it would be dilevered in 5-7 days. But till today they have not dispatched them. I ordered it for my friends birthday. They have spoiled the whole plan. Very disappointing. @jagograhakjago

For students this will be five days staying issue @panchkula which is a costly affair this gives another level of mental stress also final dates are given on such short notice. In panchayat elections some candidates are also serving in election duty also.
