Information under RTI Act is awaited on justification on the recent transfers under AGT-2023. All instances of violation of transfer guidelines, vindictiveness and nepotism by the authority concerned shall be brought to the notice of the Ministry of Education, DoPT etc.

Request: Intervene to do away with scope of preferential approach in both points notified by the AC Nancowrie. Teachers who reach such remote islands may not be held up without accommodation in the absence of an authority at spot and an Order of Priority for issue of Heli tkts.
