GAIL (India) Limited is excited to announce that our PDH-PP Project in Usar, District Raigad, Maharashtra, has reached new heights with the successful erection of a Fluidized Bed Reactor (FBR), in the Polypropylene Unit. This Reactor is a critical component in the low-pressure gas-phase polymerization process for polypropylene production. Fabricated on-site, the vertically mounted reactor stands tall at 47.297 meters and weighs 684 metric tons (empty). The operating weight of the reactor is 779 metric tons. Designed for high efficiency, the FBR ensures optimal flow and capacity, supporting the production of 500 KTA of polypropylene.

This achievement marks a critical step forward in the development of our PDH-PP Project, showcasing both the technical expertise involved and the dedication of our project team. Overcoming various challenges, we have reached this pivotal moment. This milestone is a result of our collective efforts, and we are proud to celebrate this achievement together. With this achievement, we remain committed to contributing to India's growth and development.
