An Internal Medicine Program in California will lose its ACGME accreditation starting 6/30/2021. Please DM me if you know of PGY-2 and PGY-3 positions opening up starting July 1st.
Minorities are underrepresented in medicine and academia not by choice but rather, were historically excluded.
Their brilliance was overlooked and under-appreciated.
Don't get it twisted.

In medschool we were always reminded to speak at a 6th grade level with patients, so they can understand medical language. Looks like I have to learn to talk to a 2nd grader or even lower. And no, translation services are useless because 1 in 2 of our patients speak only English!
So #CHEST2020 is a wrap! 19,707 tweets by 2,363 users and 67.1 million impressions. I can't possibly thank this team of #CHESTSoMe Ambassadors enough! I had so much fun and learned so much!
For every child who says "I am not good at math", my niece @awkness_monster is making a difference! She is inspiring, educating, and more... to help develop a love for math! #SuperProud
