With team success comes individual acknowledgment! Congratulations to the players selected by the Founders League Coaches and to the entire 2026 team for battling and playing our best baseball in May. #wingsup
Founders League Coaches met this week to select All-League teams and Georgia-bound Patrick Clemmey was named a co-recipient of 'Pitcher of Year'. Dominant all year, Patrick saved his best for last - striking out 15 batters in 6 playoff innings v top seeds Choate and Loomis.
The boys finished the season on a high note, winning the Founders League Championship! Great team effort all around to close out the year. Here are a few clips from the championship game, including a throw out and a double, and I also added one of my hits from the semifinal game, a 2 RBI single.
After finishing my NCAA eligibility with 4 years at the College of the Holy Cross and 1 year at the University of Richmond I am looking to pursue professional opportunities.

Some more photos from yesterday's championship game. The support of the Avon Army, Mr Sayles, Mr Healey, the Faculty & Administration and the parents made this season so much fun. Congratulations to Loomis on an outstanding season. We had to play our best to beat LC and Choate
Some photos from Championship Game yesterday. Sample pitched 3 scoreless innings, Clemmey struck out 9 in 3 innings, DeFilippo earned save in a driving rain. Stephenson (HR) and Andrews (2 HR 4 RBI) led the offense. And the Army showed up! Great ending Thanks E Sayles for photos

Andrews is putting @AOFBaseball on his back today. He extends the lead here with a 2 run single, and his 3 RBI’s have been the difference so far

Wrapped up my junior year today winning the Founders League with @AOFBaseball. Had a great season and looking forward to the summer with @neruffnecks. Here’s some video from the season.
Avon 4-0 over Choate in Founders semi-final. Great pitching, solid defense and timely hitting carried the day. Finals will be played at Loomis on Wednesday.
Also outstanding. Max Neidhadt and Tim Sample combined on the shutout yesterday while Ryan Fitting and Zach Pia pitched another shutout today. Playoffs start Saturday.
Avon won yesterday and added another W today. Caden Calabro was the offensive hero yesterday with 3 hits including a Triple and HR. Several players had multiple hits including Foster (4 hits) Stephenson (HR, Dbl), Corradi, Bagot , Andrews, Tamborrino (3 hits each). Pitching was
