The U.S. and China agreed to a 90-day suspension of many tariffs, creating room for negotiation and reducing trade tensions.

During this period, the tariff for 1.4 consumer fireworks is set at 35.3%, while the tariff for 1.3 display fireworks is 32.4%.

As you may know, effective today (April 9), President Trump has announced an increase in tariffs on goods imported from China. This change raises the tariff from 54% to an overwhelming 104%, posing significant challenges to our industry and those who rely on it.

President Trump has responded to China's recent 34% retaliatory tariff increase. If China does not withdraw this increase by April 8, the U.S. will implement an additional 50% tariff starting April 9. Trade talks with China will also cease!
