@krischeemal @HoustonHealth So clearly people are not following the guidelines of arriving 15 minutes prior to the appointment. I clearly states on the email that if people arrive way earlier they will be asked to leave. Seems like that is not the case.

@WonderJonathanS Hey, got an email literally 48hrs before. My dad got one, my mom didn’t. Had to schedule my mom’s appointment over the phone. Some people are getting an email and a text 48hrs before the due date.

Also, it’s literally 48hrs before 2nd dose is due before the email was sent. Some people are also getting a text to book an appointment.

@HoustonHealth We appreciate all the hard work and can only imagine the call volume. Please clarify when we should call if we don’t hear anything. The ask was 48 hours before. Should we wait 24 hours now? Thank you for all the hard work!

@HoustonHealth Thank you, but how soon is soon? Some of us are less than 2 weeks away due for the 2nd dose. Most providers schedule the appointment date when the individuals receive their first dose. People are beyond anxious to receive a call to get the 2nd dose scheduled.

@HoustonHealth Hi, how many days before the 28th day will we be contacted? I think there should be further clarification as now the above message is saying that we can also make a call a few days prior. If the ask is not to make unnecessary calls, then a specific time frame should be provided.
