🇿🇼Our hospitals are dilapidated, ill equipped and under-staffed, posing a danger to the lives of both patients and workers. Medical staff are over-worked and under-paid. Drug shortages are perennial. Private sector fees are unaffordable to most citizens.

Dedication to the cause. Their job would be much better with better resource allocation from government. There's no excuse for not allocating more resources to the @MoHCCZim@edmnangagwa
All ladies Operating team (Surgeons and Anaesthetists) from Harare drove all the way to Karanda Hospital for pro bono work. Stuff that makes me believe there’s still good in humanity including Zimbos, after all is said and done. Vana Chiremba vakuru (Senior Doctors)- THANK YOU!
Wonderful development on the national scene @d_rumbie. Well done to the pioneering practitioners. Zimbabwe will forever be indebted to your professional counsel. Forward thinking leadership like this builds the nation and secures prosperity. https://t.co/bhnvok1Q1Z
History in the making…today saw the launch of the Nephrology Association of Zimbabwe. There’s still a lot that needs to be done but we are proud of what we have achieved so far @MoHCCZim @AfricanAFRAN @ISNkidneycare @worldkidneyday
It's high time @SADC_News had a disaster management body. With global warming these tropical cyclones will be causing havoc perennially as the past decade has shown. Same way we have military interventions for members in need we should have natural disaster management teams.
Continuing Professional Development ensures that both academic & practical qualifications do not become out-dated or obsolete; allowing individuals to continually ‘up skill’ or ‘re-skill’ themselves, regardless of occupation, age or educational level!

Answer: YES
Continuous Professional Development is a process by which health professionals maintain, update, develop and enhance their professional skills and attitudes.
Never mind the 'source'.
Are we doing enough to protect our nation, help our youth and build our society?
Remember for each of these maternal deaths another unspoken about being is lost?
What support services should we have in place for these very unfortunate situations?
The absurdity of it all. Appointment of committees to make sure appointed people do their jobs well. Is there a better sign of failure?

According to @daddyhope the cost of building a theatre is $37000. The people's alternative movement that claims to champion the people's will at all material times is getting the equivalent of 19 maternity theatres in hard cash. Will they dare govt and build at least 1 theatre?
If you are one of those 'small minded Zimbabweans' who thinks Zimbabwe can be better come join the few dreamers who have lost faith in the incumbents and the alternative.
We can do better together. We can build this thing into a mammoth jewel of Africa.
We're faithful dreamers.
You people have some chill. Why circulate this when our MPs just got their hard earned $40k? Is it jealousy or what?
We do not deserve anything ahead of them. Let them enjoy their cash in alphabetical peace?
Iwe wakaitei chekuti ungada mubhedha muchipatara?
Only small minds think their hard working elected MPs are colluding with the executive to loot while the general population suffers.
Only failures with no follower will dare suggest that the people are being prejudiced by their elected representatives.
Only failures criticise!
Fighting for a seat on high table because we're doing an important job.
Forget the doctors striking for medications in hospitals. It's their problem that they can't take patients food.
Forget teachers who are always crying for more. If they can't eat chalk it's their fault.
MINDS recently participated in the CHOGM summit in Rwanda and is deepening its work across the continent.
Per its constitution, APA will be led by Secretary General, Albert Gumbo, together with the NEC, until a new President is elected. Dr Moyo remains a member of APA.
APA wishes to announce that Dr Nkosana Moyo is standing down as President and will, therefore, not be running in the Presidential elections in 2023. Dr Moyo has continued with his far reaching and ground breaking work with the Mandela Institute for Development Studies (MINDS)
