Angela frequent flyer miles = ??
Cost to @APA_Planning members = ??
@JoelAlbizo and others living their best lives flying all over the world on the dime of local governments. And what is APA really doing?

Honored to be part of this next convening of the @APA_Planning and @leagueofcities#HousingSupplyAccelerator in Atlanta. Joining fellow steering team members for an in-depth discussion of infrastructure and workforce needs related to housing supply. https://t.co/R5rs6Y6zvb

How is it that @APA_Planning flies these people all over the world? I’d love to see their budget. What are you doing for planners? Looks like Angela is just racking up frequent flyer miles. #ItTakesaPlanner#APASucks
First session of the UK National Planning Conference, Delivering Homes for Communities. Housing supply is an issue here in the UK. The UK Government has committed to delivering 300K homes a year. This panel shares their expert thoughts on how to achieve this goal. #NPCUK23
Would love to hear what you feel constitutes “injustice.” Word is that @APA_Planning turns an eye to many of them. What exactly do you consider real equity? Time to reveal who is causing real harm. When you remain silent on things that matter, you are part of the problem.
Looking forward to taping a podcast tomorrow "Insincerely Yours, Earth" with Jonathan Rosenbloom. Questions will tap into "real" equity, urban planning, repairing past harm, unjust planning practices and thoughts about the future. #urbanplanning#equity#ittakesaplanner
Next up, @RKeithCooke shared resources advocates can use to illustrate the housing needs of their community. @Esri has a suite of maps that translate housing data into visuals they can share with their Congresspeople. #APAFlyIn23#ItTakesAPlanner https://t.co/lXOMGhLuY2
American planning has always been a suburban project. For practicing planners or planning students, how does the profession become pro-urban? Are you pro-urban?
Is @APA_Planning less of a professional development organization and more of a self promotional vehicle for the likes of anyone willing to do the bidding of its current leadership?
I am super curious as to why @apa_planning sends its players to other countries. Is there accountability to their membership who pay dues? Are financial annual reports shared with members for transparency? What kind of due diligence is followed here?

We're honored to have our very own APA President @ADBrooksFAICP deliver a keynote on how APA and U.S. planners are addressing housing issues at the @pia_planning#PIACongress23 in Australia 🇦🇺
This was an eye-opening read, particularly given the way I was treated by this same organization (that claims to represent my professional best interests) when I pointed out some glaring deficiencies in our organizational policies and priorities.
