As we get older we know how fast things can change, we don't have that feeling of immortality we once had,so the importance of living our lives in the best way we can becomes our goal. Making every day count, telling those close we love them but also accepting that we are amazing
This time of year we can indulge in richer foods/treats. Avoid snacks, eat little & often, stay hydrated, avoid salt snacks & fizzy drinks, do not eat too late. If bloated move about, add foods from the list, try probiotics, eat healthily. Helps stabilise mood & energy levels too
@reallorraine@NicolaSturgeon Interesting. So many demonstrations when we went in. Nobody has ever won a war in Afghanistan and there have been too many lives lost. This situation really requires a different approach.
