At the Science course, participants observed the research center and exhibition at the National Institute of Forest Science. They also experienced Korean history at the Seoul K-Medi Center & Yangnyeong Market, and Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Healing course: participants experienced Korean Confucianism & traditional culture at Seonbichon Village. They saw how forest resources are used to improve health & life quality in the National Center for Forest Therapy, a welfare complex located at Baekdudaegan Mountain Ridge.
At the Sustainable Forest Management course, participants observed Mountain Gari’s sustainable management complex, managed by Korea Forest Service. They also saw forest products and eco-friendly building designs at the Central Wood Distribution Center.

At the Arboretum course, participants visited the world's largest indoor herb garden at Herb Island and the UNESCO-listed Gwangneung Forest at Gwangneung National Arboretum.

@ the DMZ course, participants visited the Victory Observatory to see the point of division between the Koreas, as well as North Korean forest sites. @ Unification Tree Nursery, they observed saplings and seeds planted for inter-Korean forest cooperation
