This property in South East London (SE18) was suffering from widespread rising dampness and associated hygroscopic salt contamination despite the presence of a dense internal render system. We installed a chemical damp proof course and applied 3mm meshed ventilated membane.

This garden house in North West London had been "waterproofed" twice before at considerable cost to the property owner. There was no ground water sump system; the previous contractor had connected the drainage into the foul sump system.
