A steady semi-final win in the morning vs @DissHigh, saw them facing @lshsnews once again.
They were set a highly impressive 164 to win and mature batting beyond their years saw them chase it down with 6 balls remaining! ππ»ππΌπ
Some of our Y10 girls visited the UEA to participate in the Girls Active Leadership Training Workshops today. The girls had a fantastic day learning about inclusive practice, first aid, coaching and sports officiating. Thanks to @NorthNorfolkSSP and everyone involved in the day!
Today it was the Y7 girls turn for their Rugby Development Day at @NorthWalshamRFC. They got stuck in straight away with the coaching stations which saw them develop their passing and tackling skills, before applying all of this into games in the afternoon. Great work from all!π
Amelia C recently competed at the Norfolk Gymnastics County competition where she placed 4th (0.05 off a Bronze medal).
She also took part in a Wiltshire competition and placed 4th overall, with a Gold medal on Vault and Team Gold medal! π₯π₯
A massive thanks for @GreshamsSport for hosting us tonight for a great 11-a-side mixed hockey friendly. All players worked incredibly hard and we returned with a 6-0 win.

Yesterday, our U16 girls competed in the tier 4 hockey competition at Greshams. After a defeat in their first game, all the girls worked incredibly hard, supporting each other and listening to feedback resulting in them securing themselves a win in their last 2 games. π
Yesterday our U16 netballers competed in the area round of the National Schools Competition. Following a defeat in their first game, all the girls worked incredibly hard to secure themselves a win in their last 2 games which means they have qualified for the county round!ππ
Thomas M achieved a new Cross Country PB of 10mins 25secs in his first race of the season, taking 40 seconds off his previous time! This time saw him finish 1st for his Year Group and 2nd overall for the U15 age category. πββοΈπ½ππͺ

A great spectacle for state school Rugby as @AldermanHigh hosted @WyHighPe in the U16 @NorfSchoolsRFU County Cup.
The game was played at a fast pace and high intensity between two closely matched teams.

The U13 Boys Cricket team took part in their @NorfolkCB Indoor Competition at @SportsparkUEA this afternoon and qualified for the Finals event in January by winning all three of their matches! Excellent leadership from Fin H and all round fielding, bowling & batting from all! π
Year 8 & 9 Sports Leaders represented @AldermanHigh today at the @NorthNorfolkSSP Primary Cross Country event held at @Greshams_School. They marshalled the courses brilliantly and were encouraging all runners throughtout. Feedback from schools involved has been very positive! π
Today these Year 8/9 girls had a fantastic Rugby Development Day at North Walsham Rugby Club.
Coaching stations on tackling and passing skills were completed in the morning followed by matches against the other schools.
