🔍 I looked into how @API3DAO curates lending vaults on Morpho.

And it’s more than just picking assets and putting liquidity behind them.

API3 handles the important risk layer:

→ Market selection — deciding which lending markets qualify
→ Risk parameters — setting limits around exposure
→ Capital allocation — directing liquidity where it can be used
→ Price feeds — reliable data for collateral, borrowing and liquidations
→ Ongoing risk management — keeping vault exposure controlled as markets change

What caught my attention is the memecoin side.

Through @purintaxyz , API3 is applying this curation model to assets like $PEPE and $SPX , where volatility and liquidity make risk management even more important.

The idea is simple:
