@seanlinehan @paulg I was in tenderloin last week and saw literally hundreds of homeless on the streets. Clearly on drugs and stepping out and blocking traffic at noon. I live in nyc so am familiar with the issues but this was beyond anything I’ve seen here. Hard to believe that it is better.
