May brought continued momentum at the Polaris Forge 2 campus in Harwood, North Dakota.

🔷 Polaris Forge 2-1 | 150 MW Critical IT Load:
Work continues across multiple areas of the building, including interior MEP systems, framing, concrete placement, roofing, and the installation of owner-furnished equipment. Teams are also advancing exterior electrical infrastructure and campus duct bank construction.

🔷 Polaris Forge 2-2 | 150 MW Critical IT Load:
Precast erection remains underway as the building continues to take shape above ground, while underground MEP infrastructure work progresses.

With activity advancing across both buildings, Polaris Forge 2 continues to take shape one phase at a time.

PF1-2 | 150 MW Critical IT Load:
Customer move-in activities are underway, around-the-clock operations are set to begin in mid-June, and commissioning activities continue to advance toward key operational milestones.

Polaris Forge 1-3 | 150 MW Critical IT Load:
Construction remains on schedule and is tracking ahead of key milestones. Interior concrete slab work on the west side is nearing completion, and additional construction resources are expected to support the next phase of development.

The work happening today is laying the foundation for the next generation of AI.💥

Yesterday, we joined state and local leaders in Rapides Parish to announce Delta Forge 1 — Applied Digital’s first Louisiana AI Factory campus, purpose-built for large-scale AI training and inference workloads.

This investment and development is part of Applied Digital surpassing 1.2 GW of contracted AI Factory capacity across four campuses — another major milestone in scaling the infrastructure powering the next era of artificial intelligence.

“Central Louisiana is exactly the kind of community we had in mind when we set out to build Applied Digital — a region with strong roots, abundant potential, and people who understand the value of long-term investment,” said Applied Digital Chairman and CEO Wes Cummins.

The 15-year agreement adds ~$7.5 billion in contracted base-term revenue and ~$18.2 billion if all options are exercised.

The agreement brings Applied Digital’s AI Factory portfolio to:
