À titre posthume, il a été décoré de la Médaille militaire et de la Croix de la Valeur militaire avec deux étoiles de bronze et une palme. Il a également été fait chevalier de l’ordre national de la Légion d’honneur et promu au grade de sergent-chef.

It is said that the KF-21 has officially been certified for combat readiness. 17 units are already being built on the production line. The sad thing is that the camo pattern of these units will likely be standardized as one, unlike the 6 prototypes.
Anyway, it is commendable that both the FA-50 and the KF-21 were designed as two-seaters first for various purposes.
I hope KAI will also soon show a special paint pattern for the aerobatic KF-21.
