In addition to an electronic copy of the dissertation, the nomination must include a precis of the dissertation (no more than 20 pages) and a brief cover letter explaining how the dissertation expands our understanding of race, ethnicity, and politics. 4/4

I enjoyed writing this paper. Cool methods. Cool data. In an effort to push us beyond racial resentment as the only way to think and talk about racial attitides, the results highlight an array of racial ideologies swirling around the US.

Moving forward we will be developing plans to support junior scholars on the market who will have reduced opportunities to make connections important to their career as a consequence of this crisis (more to come)

3) reallocating the funds slated for the reception to provide relief for folks cancelling and unable to recoup the cost of their registration from their institutions. Funds are limited and will be distributed based on rank/need (more to come)
