@BeTechified@Saraya056@fahvorrh@Rebscake@fred_josi I also want to thank our tutor @faith_olaiya for her unwavering guidance & support throughout the training.
If I'm being honest, I really gained a lot especially from the interactive virtual MS Teams meetings every weekend which gave room for clarifications on confusing concepts

GM Great Minds! π
I just completed WEEK 3 Product Management Assignment with @BeTechified
This week was the main deal because we had to develop a conceptual product for solving a particular problem.
We even created a Product Requirement Document (PRD) which was splendid! π

But this got me thinking during the meeting with @BeTechified and @faith_olaiya yeah...
Since we have the RICE Model, why don't we have the BEANS Model for PROPER BALANCE DIET (If you know, you know π).
Something like this:
- N: Need (or Necessity): How necessary is this feature for your users or business?
- S: Scope (or Scale): What's the scope or scale of impact for this feature?

Another Prioritization Technique I learnt with our tutor @faith_olaiya at @BeTechified Virtual Course is...
The "RICE" Model!!! (Funny init π π π )
π? π€
- B: Benefit (or Business value): What's the value or benefit of this feature/product?
- E: Ease of implementation: How easy is it to implement this feature?
- A: Adoption potential: How likely are users to adopt this feature?

It's a simple acronym but its conceptual meaning stands out from the other Prioritization Techniques used and that's why i love it so much.
This template can be used in a PRD which help gives clear details on the Product Requirements.

I just completed WEEK 2 Product Management Assignment with @BeTechified and YES, this week was no joke at all!
If i was to mention just one word that covers what i learnt, that will be "METHODOLOGIES".
Simple but Powerful πͺ

I just completed WEEK 1 Product Management Course on @BeTechified and I must say, I learnt about some interesting concepts. ββοΈπ
Number 9 was quite complex because of the many requirements that a PRD should have but I got it at last. πͺ
I await what comes next for WEEK 2! π
