@aanidani guys you need to close down your stores in Takkassosi and Makkah Mukarramah!! Worst experience with your staff. There is no cash option? And they are rude! Sometimes cards don't work but you can't make the customer feel excluded! No float cash? No change for 100? Shame

I had a very bad experience at Urth Cafe in Panorama Mall. The person who served the water was very arrogant and placed the glass and bottles in an unprofessional way. I ordered a pancake, but it was served cold. The employees also did not respond properly.
