The results are in 🗳️ Dietitians in 43 NHS Trusts in England will go on strike.
Dietitians working in these Trusts voted overwhelmingly to take action against the #NHSPayDeal. This is the 1st time in the @BDA_TradeUnion long history that strike action will go ahead based on pay.

Some dietary restrictions make sense to ↓ symptom & disease burden - GFD for coeliac disease or a temporary FODMAP restriction for IBS.

But multiple food restrictions without mechanistic justification can damage both health & food-related quality of life.

I’ve equally lost income from my private clinic during the pandemic and now rely entirely financially from my NHS role for the foreseeable future
