This is legitimately a disaster that will have far reaching consequences over the next decades. Living with your parents during your formative early adult years stunts your growth and makes you miserable.
@eryniss_ The new player experience has also been severely compromised ever since. The DCV was a very clear indicator of worse things to come and was terrible for the health of the game. They said it was “too hard” to keep that content and then proceeded to make another 5 expansions!
@eryniss_ Don’t run defense for their choice to literally remove hundreds of hours of paid content. “It was all bad anyway” is:
1. Not true, the raid content they removed was not “bloating the game”
2. Ignores the principal of the issue entirely. They broke the consumer’s trust.
So do Sony realize that when they drop a 1500 dollar PS6 with no physical discs to collect that everyone is just going to get PC and Steam because it’s the superior digital option or are they just really that fucking stupid
@ChristianityOn Finding solidarity with other ND people is amazing and you should do it, but lacking theory of mind for people that are not disabled in the same way you are (i.e. most of the population) and letting that resentment evolve into dehumanization is a *terrible* coping mechanism
@ChristianityOn The way people talk about neurodivergence on the internet is upsetting. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it is not a “superpower”, you are not better than anyone else. You are just another person. You are just some guy with a unique set of struggles and that’s okay.
@pellerfon Tbh, this is more of a byproduct of the fact that they are playing Elden Ring in particular. The game pretty much teaches you to i-frame through everything because so many of the attacks have deceptively large ranges
