It has been shown that bacteria in the human gut are significantly reduced after the COVID vaccine.

Details: Stool samples from 34 subjects before and ~1 month after mRNA vaccination (Pfizer or Moderna). Metagenomic sequencing showed the median relative abundance of genus Bifidobacteria decreased significantly from 1.13% (IQR: 0.0016%β2.52%) pre-vaccination to 0.64% (IQR: 0.0015%β2.48%) post-vaccination (p = 0.0065, Wilcoxon signed-rank test). The authors described this as preliminary and called for more research on time course, health impacts, and other vaccines.

@markkaplan20 Weston A Price found the same thing some years ago. He also noted that when the offspring of those who ate traditional diets moved closer to places where they could access processed food, their health deteriorated. For more info - https://t.co/dNYUk15VAu
I refuse to eat the stuff. I make my own as follows.
1 - Cup of real milk from a cow I know.
1 - Cup of cream skimmed from the milk of the same cow.
1- cup real cane sugar
1 - tsp vanilla taken from a vanilla bean soaked for months in Jack Daniel's whisky
1 - Cup local strawberries, capped. Divided
2 - raw eggs from a chicken I know.
Blend all ingredients except 1/2 cup of strawberries. Put in the remaining berries and pulse once.
Pour into the ice cream freezer and freeze until the paddles stop.
Open, take out the ice cream, and enjoy. If you don't eat it all in one setting, pack it in glass containers and store in the freezer until you want more. Makes 1/2 gallon.
Good eats for everyone.
There are other reasons the milk processors have worked to demonize raw milk.
1- By pasteurizing the milk, it allows the entire milking process to become easier because they don't have to keep everything clean. They know the pasteurization will kill any pathothsges so why bother? Follow the cheap plan.
2- By homogenizing the milk, the consumer can not tell that the processors have skimmed off a lot of the cream. Cream sells for a lot more than milk does. The milk I purchase raw is over 10% cream, while the milk in the stores labeled "Whole" or Full "Fat" is only 4%.
In all cases, follow the money.
When I was young, I drank raw milk in my formula because the doctor told my mother her milk was not good enough, and she needed to make formula for me. We could not afford the Carnation milk he wanted her to use, so Dad got an old cow whose production had dropped below dairy standards and milked her every day so I could have milk. I did not know what pasteurized milk was until I left for college. I knew I did not like "store-bought milk.
When I later started looking for the raw milk of my youth, I discovered that dairies sold raw milk for pets because they found that calves did not thrive on pasteurized milk.
When I looked further into the problem, it seems two major things stopped the sale of raw milk. 1 - unscrupulous people deliberately sold contaminated cows, therefore contaminated milk, and 2 - the milk processors (read - those that pasturized the milk) used the results of those sales and the subsequent deaths to scare the public. The public then pushed for legislation to eliminate raw milk. This removed the competition from the milk processing companies and helped force the drop in dairies in the state of Georgia from over 7000 then to none as of today.
Today, I only drink raw milk because one glass of the pasteurized stuff makes my nose run and my eyes water. I find people who blabber about the dangers of raw milk, like the person in this clip, are either woefully uninformed or taking payments from the milk processors.
Thanks to the Weston A Price Foundation for helping spread the information on the benefits of eating a whole food diet and drinking Raw milk.
From Breitbart News: " One in thirty households in the United Kingdom received welfare payment benefits last year that were higher than the average workerβs salary, study finds."
Care to explain what will happen next??
I claim the one-in-30 number is going up. People are smart and will stop working to get benefits. This will continue until there are no more benefits available.
It is amazing how the world turns. This valuable information was discovered by a Cleveland Dentist, Weston A Price, in the 1930's. He and his followers have been preaching this truth for many years. I first became aware of his work in the 1970's and have been following these principles since then. The basic thought is "Eat a traditional diet and avoid all the modern foolishness now labeled Ultra-processed foods, seed oils, etc. At 83 years young, I am still going strong.
I will also add that until recently, it was not possible to publish this information. Thank you, @elonmusk and others, for making this dialogue possible.
To determine your artery status, they use a coronary artery calcium scan (1). This indicates the underlying problem is not cholesterol, but calcium. Calcium deposits are calcium oxalate crystals with sharp corners. The body covers these with cholesterol to prevent damage to passing blood cells and prevent leakage. These crystals can be prevented by getting enough Vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 (Notice the two) is lacking in most diets. When K2 is present in sufficient quantities, it causes calcium to be deposited in the bones and teeth rather than in the arteries. The prevention is enough vitamin K2. While there is not enough clinical evidence to show it removes existing deposits, it worked for me when I added Nattokinaise and choline. The Natto breaks up the cholesterol clots. The choline helps the body remove the debris, and the vitamin K2 dissolves the calcium. I hope you find a solution that works for you.
I love this, and I do similar things at 83. As I think back to my youth, before our house had indoor toilets, my dad built a bathroom and installed a septic tank. He was dreading digging the ditch through about 300 ft of hard-packed red clay from the house to the tank. One sunny morning, the family left to run errands while my 90-year-old grandfather stayed home. To everyone's surprise, when we returned, there was a completed ditch. When asked how he accomplished that, he explained he had gotten a dining room chair and a mall table from the house to hold a pitcher of water. Next, he dug a little, then sat a while, and after many repetitions, a ditch appeared. He lived to be 98 and was still making baskets and doing chores. He made an impression on this kid - You never lose until you give up and quit. I still live my life by that motto.
@UmUnTuOG It does not work on my car. I measure the distance. I mark the distance on the ground. I put safety car in gear and press the gas to move the two inches, and it immediately goes into park. It will not move with the door open. I love my Jeep - NOT!

I have found that writing helps soothe major loses. Take pen and paper then write for about 20 minutes per day for 4 days. Describe the events and your feelings about the events, when finished you can destroy the paper. The benefit is in the writing. It helps your brain come to grips with what happened. If it becomes too much to bear, stop for a while and start over later. Hope you are back in the pink soon.
@Manifest_Lord I see some dismiss this as AI-generated, but it is not. If you would like to read the words of James Pennebaker himself, check out his book. Just search for "James Pennebaker writing to heal."
I have done this all my life and never knew why till now.
It works.
I see a lot of people in the comments who have never tried to split wood. The problem is the man with big muscles think that all their power is in their arms. I was a skinny kid with minimal muscle and would ring the bell at the fair while the football players could only manage 1/2 way up. The difference is in the swing. The strength is in the legs. Bring the ax straight over your head, then squat as it comes down. It doubles or triples your power. Then hit along one of the diameter radials to split it down the middle, not off to the side. I guess living in a house with only a wood-burning fireplace for heat trained me well.
@Longevity_EDU In my experience, CoQ10 works better when the body's omega-3-to-omega-6 fatty acid ratio is close to 1:1. I find this ratio is almost impossible to attain on a diet of ultra-processed foods. I could not attain this ratio until I removed seed oils from my diet.
