Fadiel Adams pressed charges against IDAC investigator, Dylan Perumal and his investigators, for not following proper procedures when they investigated his complaints and for discussing the merits of a case that is currently before court, in the Madlanga Commission

Adams is accusing Perumal for deliberately jeopardising the sub judicia case, by allowing investigator, Brian Padayachee to reveal the merits of the case in the Madlanga Commission, before a full disclosure was made by the state in court.

Adams will also submit a complaint to the Inspecting Judge of IDAC against Perumal and his investigation team.
