A laser-free ultrafast Lorentz electron microscope has been developed, integrating a microwave-based electron pulser to achieve high spatiotemporal imaging of spin-wave dynamics in a topologically textured thin-film permalloy. @BrookhavenLab

If you want to play with clustering in the 4d stem data I presented at #mm2024, just go here ==> https://t.co/e7D4HqJlAU😃#marimo (be patient for the data to load)
Incredible new feature from the @marimo_io superteam! Reactive Python presentations have never been so easy to create and share 🙌

Mariana Palos Sánchez @ImpMaterials made a video about her PhD research on #multiferroic domain walls 🔬⚡️🧲
Mariana grows single crystals & thin films @RoyceImperial labs and then investigates the dynamic domain walls’ local functional properties using c-AFM, MFM and 4D-STEM!
@Mingquan_Xu It should be possible with a proper monochromated microscope. Looking at the O-H vibrational response would be indeed a good complement to O-K the edge fine structures approach. I didn't have the opportunity to do so yet 😀.
Happy #MicroscopyMonday 🔬 Here is a HAADF-STEM Z-contrast image Milan Heczko captured of M23C6 carbide atomic structure obtained using probe aberration corrected TFS Themis-Z STEM with electron beam parallel with crystallographic zone axis.
