@noon food delivery. Can anyone please respond in the chat. I was supposed to get my food order 40 minutes back. But it gets pushed every 5 minutes and shows a driver stationary for the whole time. Stuck in customer support chat for 30 minutes with no reaponse.

@AmazonAE has delivered packeges to my place on a monthly basis for 1 1/2 years now and still are confused with my loaction. Aparently, they don't know the difference between Al Nahda Street and Al Nahda the area.

I made a purchase from @AmazonAE on the 26th June 2025. As a prime member, I had same day delivery to items. But, the items were not delivered even though it showed as delivered on the app. And now I am waiting for 2 items since that day. Spoke to many CSRs but all atempts futile

Aramex is turning out be my worst nightmare. My university had mailed our educational certificates to us, and it was picked up on 18 Jan 2025. I have not received the package yet, and there is no update on the same.

@aramex in Dubai has drivers who donot deliver on time and then update the records that the customers were not available. This is the second day they have been doing the same. The delivery guy called and said he will be here in 15 minutes and then this is updated on their system
