Agreed. Technology can perform only as well as the individuals welding it as the tool it is. They have to understand the impact and importance to the teams it’s affecting.

One of the hardest things to do is to pick yourself up after failure and try again - to the same level you did the first time.. and the second.. and the third. Winston Churchill failed many times... but is that what you remember?
