@SCDEWinfo You have increased call volume because y’all are stopping people’s benefits without reason and are not telling us what is going on or when our benefits will resume.
@oookaypal @SCDEWinfo Did you have to talk to them before they start that process? We’re in the same exact boat, I just haven’t been able to talk to anybody on the phone to get that answer
