We are pleased to announce AR Design Studio's latest private bespoke extension and refurbishment in a scenic village of Leicestershire, Meadow View.

Upon entering the Glade House, you are greeted by a double height void with exposed timber structure supporting a large roof light. The raw structure is celebrated in the home, echoed in the hanging pendant lights and creating dynamic shadows below.

AR designed a contemporary new build, but the budget didn’t allow a complete rebuild. AR took an innovative approach, transforming the house into a brand-new contemporary home—without the cost of a full replacement dwelling.
