April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
@OKFirstLady and I want to recognize the Children’s Advocacy Centers across Oklahoma that support children who have been abused and neglected.
Every child in Oklahoma deserves to be safe and protected.
My staff and I are honored to join @ARFirstLady Susan Hutchinson in her “Shine Hope Campaign” to raise awareness for National Child Abuse Prevention Month! (1/2)
Child Advocacy Centers serve more than 370,000 kids each year, helping them to recover from trauma caused by child abuse.

You can make a difference! #ShineHope

Our First Lady of Arkansas Susan Hutchinson has created this national campaign to bring awareness of CACs to all states. Help us SHINE HOPE for abused children and survivors! #ShineHope#CACar
For her entire life, @ARFirstLady has been a fierce advocate for children and their wellbeing. I was proud to stand by her side today while she kicked off the #ShineHope campaign as I proclaimed today as Children’s Advocacy Center Day.
Tonight, @ARFirstLady and I lit the Governor’s Mansion in the colors of the flag of Ukraine to show our support for the Ukrainian people in their ongoing fight against an invasion.
While our Christmas may look a bit different this year, I hope we can all remember the reason for the season. The First Lady and I want to wish a Merry Christmas to all.
The People’s House is in the Christmas spirit! Join @ARFirstLady & me for a virtual tour of the Governor’s Mansion decorations. This year’s theme is “These Are a Few of My Favorite Things” & includes @ARFirstLady’s favorite decorations from years past. https://t.co/X7e1bfg7xY
The power of united prayer never ceases to amaze me! Please, join me and my husband, Governor Asa Hutchinson, in requesting our Creator for His comfort and guidance for these times. https://t.co/UyZ927PgZa
Tonight, we honor those united women, black and white, northerners and southerners, who for decades suffered and persevered to achieve the Right to Vote for all USA women with the ratification of the Susan B. Anthony Amendment, aka U.S. 19th Amendment. #ForwardIntoLight
Last night, the Arkansas Governor's Mansion illuminated in purple and gold to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, recognizing the right of women to vote. We will shine purple & gold through August 26.
We are thrilled to partner with Marine Toys for Tots, an amazing organization that uses the gift of toys to spread a message of love, joy and hope to children here in Arkansas and beyond. We hope to see you Sunday, December 8, at The People’s House.
