@smartcellular_1 on your website is clearly states you pay 100% of the price quoted. Yet you don’t. My quote was £780, but you then changed this to £550 based on the phone coming from O2. Except it didn’t and proof was sent to you. There’s something dodgy going on here….

@OliviaJ45417413 I managed to get my phone back from them, but didn’t trust that I would actually receive the phone I had sent to them. Thankfully it was my phone.
I did film me opening the parcel a proof if it had been damaged etc.
I was also given a crime reference number from the Police.

Unfortunately you have to keep emailing them to demand your device back, as they have no intention of paying the quote.
