Had the experience of going through 4 interviews with a company and not being accepted for the job.
It was a great opportunity to learn the interview process and now I know more of what to expect!

UX designers need to design the experience of reading their resume the same way they'd design an experience for any user. It's just that in this case your user happens to be a hiring manager or a HR rep who reads thousands of these daily...

Being on the hiring side of UX hiring & recruiting is 🤯

Candidates often complain about the hiring process, rightly so.

However, if they spent that time making their resume, LinkedIn, etc just MARGINALLY better, they'd stand out.

The bar to stand out is low.
