Students participated in a walkout from 9:40-10:01 to honor the 21 lives lost in the Robb Elementary shooting and to protest gun violence. This walkout was organized by Massachusetts Youth Activism Collective (MYAC) leaders.

Between first and second period today, students evacuated the building during an ALICE drill. The purpose of the drill was to practice the protocol if it were implemented during a passing period.

According to an email sent to juniors and seniors, students may bring guests who do not attend ARHS to their proms with the following conditions:
- all outside guests complete a form
- seniors’ guests are < 20 y/o
- juniors’ guests are enrolled in high school
As a part of the mascot replacement process, videos will be recorded in the CRC everyday this week between 9:15 and 10:15 a.m. Students are encouraged to stop by and contribute what aspects of Algonquin they are “most proud of.”
