The results:

- $1.6B volume on trial mode
- $347M volume on pro mode
- 9+ Net Promoter Score (NPS)

We're no longer inviting more beta users. There's room to improve.

Monday Morning Thoughts:

NFT’s need 2 major culture shifts. Both are tied to the WL distribution phase of projects.

The first shift start with FOUNDERS. They need to become far more intentional and ACTIVE with the WL distribution.

WL allocations should be about finding aligned people who genuinely fit the culture and vision of a community, not just using distribution as a short-term marketing tactic to inflate metrics and attention.

This is the most valuable asset you have and represents your entire branding for your community and culture…you MUST OWN that process.

The second shift is tied to consumers. needing to stop tying their entire relationship with a project to whether or not they receive WL.

Too many people view WL as the investment thesis itself instead of asking a much more important question:

“Do I actually believe in this founder/community long term?”

If the answer is yes, your investment on secondary is worth far more than whatever WL comes next on your radar.

The projects that will last are the ones where both sides understand that the real value has never been the cheapest possible entry.

It’s access to the right people, communities, and ecosystems long before the broader market recognizes their value.
