Why Do White Box Houses In Lagos Start Turning Brown Just Months After Construction, Eventually Looking Like Buildings That Have Been Standing For Over 10 Years? Here’s Why!
IGBO INGENUITY.
For many years, the Chinese you admire so much were globally recognized for "fake" products. Even we Africans referred to their products as "chinko."
But by producing "fake" products, they improved their capacity in other capability points and have now mastered them.
Every productive people looking to catch up always start with producing "fake." What Igbo entrepreneurs and scientists need to work together to do is come up with regulated systems that can trace how ingestible products are manufactured.
In 3 years, NAFDAC conducted 45,000+ raids, and only attempted prosecuting 40+ of those, with majority being inconclusive. My thinking says NAFDAC themselves saw that most of the ingredients used to manufacture these products were safe but the legal basis of impersonating products remained questionable.
If we standardize in-house, we will be unstoppable as the most productive black nation who ever lived.

My warning to Nigerians and people of goodwill, if you guys fail to deliver and confirm Mr. Peter Gregory Obi as president of the federal Republic of Nigeria come 2027, I will join Tinibu, Wike , Umahi and APC to destroy Nigeria completely
I can’t remember which airline I was complaining about when some people told me to try Value Jet. They said they were quite reliable. So, I decided to try them today.
Value Jet 4pm flight from Abuja to Lagos. Boarding was announced just after 4pm. We all got to the foot of the aircraft and the plane couldn’t take everyone. It turns out they had combined two flights. Some people were told at the foot of the plane that they couldn’t go on the flight.
They took our hand luggages at the foot of the aircraft because the cabins, according to them, the cabins were full. We were not given any luggage tags. I asked and they said there was no need.
As I boarded, they asked to see my boarding pass and said “Free seating after Row 8.” I asked, “What do you mean? I am in Business Class, seat 5A.” They found me a seat at 2A.
When we were seated, they announced we were going to Lagos via Iperu, Ogun State. The lady Prof that sat next to me said we were taking the scenic route and we both laughed when they announced that we should sit back and relax.😀
When we got to Iperu, those of us going to Lagos were asked to stay onboard. It turns out that some people who were going to Lagos with us were planning to then go on to the Ijebu and Ikene axis from there. Given the unexpected detour to Iperu, they took the opportunity to disembark there. My process and quality assurance mind went to the integrity of the flight manifest.
I had a window seat and just happened to see my hand luggage being taken to the terminal. Because it is an all-Aluminum case, it is rather distinctive and easily distinguishable. I had to shout. They said they would sort it out and would ask for all the bags to be brought back. That took another 10 minutes.
When all the bags were brought back, we were then asked to disembark to identify our luggage. Some passengers had a few choice words for them.😀 They wondered what would have happened if I hadn’t seen my bag being taken to the terminal at Iperu.
When we eventually re-boarded, they then made the usual apology for the delay “for operational reasons.” One guy shouted “Operational reasons kee you there!”😂 There were shouts of “fraud”, “scam” and “deceit” from the back.
At 7:07 pm, three hours after boarding, we finally landed in Lagos.
Somehow, I am not even in the mood to make wahala today. I just want to get to my hotel and have a cold beer.😀
Jinx broken after 24 years of suffering!
If not for Governor Alex Otti, darkness might still have enveloped Uratta and Old Express Road.
Today, a mammoth crowd came out in great excitement, with some moved to tears, to welcome Governor Alex Otti.

“How The Police Arrested Me And Accused Me Of Kidnapping My Own Sister. I Know My Commanders And Senior Officers Won’t Be Happy With What I’m About To Expose In This Video, But I’m Ready To Face The Consequences. I Have Even Told My Wife To Prepare For Whatever Might Happen To Me.” ~ Inspector Ohia Ifeanyi 👀
I really loved watching this video by the Mbakaras.
So glad many people are sharing about their happy marriages.
Talking about your happy marriage will get you bullied! Even before social media.
Is it the sneering? the dismissals? Oh you just got lucky or it will not last or you are lying or he is cheating you name it!
The West wants you to remember Idi Amin as a buffoon in Hollywood movies.
They never tell you he forced the British Foreign Secretary to fly to Uganda and beg him for a man's life. They never mention he made the British Empire cut ties and run.
Watch this. They only call African leaders "mad" when they refuse to bow. 🇺🇬✊🏾
Six years later, not much has changed. Same government, same playbook of fear and intimidation.
Today, right here at the Lekki Toll Gate, citizens gathered peacefully to honor the lives lost six years ago during EndSARS. And how did the authorities respond? By firing tear gas at us.
Let that sink in.
Six years after a generation cried out for basic dignity, safety, and accountability in policing, a peaceful memorial is still met with an unprovoked tear gas attack?
The message is loud and clear, they are still terrified of remembrance, they are still terrified of accountability, and they are still terrified of YOU speaking up.
Expressing grief and sympathy is not a crime. Peaceful assembly and solemn reflection should not be met with state brutality and repression.
Effective governance is not about silencing the streets. It is about building a system that listens, that protects, that includes and that provides for everyone.
To every young person and resident carrying the vision of a better Lagos, never forget that your voice is powerful, that your vote carries your voice and that the ballot is the vehicle through which you can speak loudest and change the story.
We remember, We rise.

Having character like Tinubu at the leadership position is a very big mistake we all must collectively refuse to accept!
He has poisoned and damaged the country by elevating reprobates and morally bankrupts who are ravaging the country.
We must resist them come 2027!
I am not against giving the dead a befitting burial, but I strongly oppose spending your savings or even going as far as borrowing just to do it.
Sometimes, when I listen to our principal, I cannot help but wonder whether we have all made this mistake at some point in the past.
“Mr Peter Obi’s simplicity is dumbfounding, and he still maintains it till today.”
Former Director of Programmes at the Anambra Broadcasting Service, Mr Emeka, recounts his experience with NDC presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, describing him as a humble and down-to-earth person even when he was governor of Anambra State.
He recalled how Mr Peter Obi visited their office and gave him and other staff members his personal phone number, asking them to contact him directly if they needed anything.
He noted that Mr Peter Obi’s personality has remained unchanged despite his presidential ambitions.
@PeterObi Dear Peter Obi we heard you clearly; you urged us not to just send money home but to inspire our relatives to perform their civic duty for a better Nigeria.
BTW, A popular African adage says ‘Don't give me fish; teach me how to fish’
Anyone who twists your message is an id!ot.
AKOGHOLI/OKALA-OGHELI.
In Igbò Spirituality, there are various groups of Ajo Mmuo (bad spirits) which are responsible for chaos, badluck, untimely deaths, near success syndrome, and stagnanation of all kinds.
One of them is known as Akogholi or Akalogholi, which is referred to in Ìgbò Afa language as 'Okala Ogheli.' These are chaotic and wandering spirits of dead people, who now reside in Ala Mmuo.
These Mmuo Akogholi do not come close to Obi Ndị Ịchie, which is the household and dwelling of our holy and accomplished ancestors, in Ala Mmuo. Rather they wander in the bushes under the sun and rain, in a state of limbo, and after a long while they become combatant, aggressive and chaotic spirits.
Now, how do these Mmuo Akogholi come into existence in Ala Mmuo?
That is where the brief story of Okoye who killed his late brother's son comes in.
In 1832, Okoye, out of jealousy and greed Killed his late brother's only son, Obigadi, so he could claim the vast lands that was left to him. He buried Obigadi in a shallow grave. Obigadi's mother cried for days, while the young men searched frantically for him, even into the neighboring towns. Okoye joined in the search and suggested that he might have been kidnapped by slave merchants. After many days of searching, Obigadi's mother and the men of his Umunna resigned to their fate. His mother made a request to the Ala of their town, Mbadike, to help her bring her son home if he was still alive; and if he was dead, to help her fight those who killed him. Okoye was by her side shouting "Iseee."
21 days after Obigadi's death, an adult python crawled into Okoye's hut, and let out a large crow. Okoye jumped up from his sleep, found the python and used his staff to hit it and chase it out. He laid back down and slept off. When he woke up in the morning, he could not stand up from his bed. For the next 4 months, his leg started to rotten, while his tummy grew big. Okoye died on the last day of the 4th month, after confessing to his crime of murdering Obigadi. Members of his Umunna and Obodo took his body to the forest, where he was to rotten and decay.
Upon his death, Okoye's spirit returned to Ala Mmuo (the land of the spirits). As he approached "Obi Ndị Ịchie" (the resting place of his hallowed ancestors), his brother, father and grandfather chased him away. For forty days, he will return to Obi Ndị Ịchie and try to gain entrance, and every time, he was chases away into the sun and rain - into the forest.
After the 40th day, Okoye's spirit stopped trying to gain access to the abode of his accomplished, holy and revered ancestors. He started to wander the bushes, eating grass, under the sun and rain, facing the skorn of Ala, and all other Alusi in the spirit realm. Okoye's spirit because a chaotic spirit, to be used only when there is need for chaos.
Ndị Akogholi, which Okoye is now part of, are chief among the Ajo Mmuo (evil spirits) that torment the living. Often times they are sent by one's Chi, Agwụ, Ndi Mmili, Ndị Ịchie etc, to shake you up a little so as to draw your attention to what you must do traditionally - Akogholi is used as a police force to enforce spiritual compliance same way physical police physical compliance..These Akogholi can also be banished using a set of rituals. However, many people are not aware that the reason they have setbacks and unfortunate circumstances in life is because they are under the attack of Mmuo Akogholi...
There are good spirits and there a bad ones... Akogholi is part of the bad spirit and if not attended to they might end up making life miserable for you..
AKOGHOLI and OGBONUKE jikwa high tension abia chakwara danger.
Military (Navy) Personnel’s Invaded a Saloon In Abia State, Beat Up Female Customers And Workers With Sticks And Even Stole Their Phones. @alexottiofr
EFCC Is Busy Doing Their Own, Nigeria Police Is Doing Their Own And The Military Is Busy Doing Their Own Too. Very Lawless Country!!! They’re Only Brave When It Comes To Oppressing Innocent Nigerians. When It Comes To Actually Doing Their Jobs, You Won’t See Them.
Family cr!es out, as they accuse officers allegedly attached to the Owerrinta Police Station in Abia State of ass@ulting, unlawfully detaining them, and allegedly be@ting their father to de@th, as they call on governor Alex Otti
According to the family, on June 23, 2026, after returning from their family farmland, they were at home when, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., some unknown individuals allegedly surrounded their house and began knocking on the door. They claimed their father asked who they were, but the men allegedly forced the door open, entered the house, dragged the family outside, and started be@ting them, she claim.
They alleged that the men repeatedly hit their father with a gun before forcing the family into a vehicle and driving away. According to them, after noticing their father's condition had become critical, the men stopped, prompting some villagers to gather and ask what was happening. The family claimed one of the men identified himself to the villagers as "Sunny" from the Owerrinta Police Station she claims
They further alleged that the men later returned and dropped their father at the same location because of his condition, while taking the rest of the family to the police station, where they were handcuffed and detained. After making several phone calls, they reportedly paid for bail and were released.
On returning home, they said they found their father at the exact spot where he had been left, barely alive. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was later confirmed de@d.
The family also claimed they returned the following day to report the incident to the Divisional Police Officer (DPO).
