the border has a smuggling issue meaning the camp near me only has 30 refugees & i've prepared enough stuff for 350 . should i wait until more refugees come ( will take a week ) or send everything to a camp 3 hours away that has enough people *but* i won't be able to attend ?

we finished packing everything for the refugees in time for jin's birthday but unfortunately, the refugee camp is temporarily closed for a few days. for full transparency, we'll give away all perishable fruit to a nearby village & re-buy more out of our own pockets in a few days
