After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.

I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.

To Muslims worldwide and to the governments of Islamic countries:
1.Iran was subjected to a deceptive American-Zionist aggression that occurred during negotiations, the goal of which was to dismantle Iran. This aggression led to the martyrdom of the great, self-sacrificing commander of the Islamic Revolution, along with several civilians and military commanders. However, the aggressors encountered resolute national and Islamic resistance from the Iranian people.

But isn't the stance of some Islamic governments contradictory to the saying of the Prophet (PBUH): "Whoever hears a man calling out, 'O Muslims!' and does not respond to him, is not a Muslim"? So, what kind of Islam is this?
4.Some countries have gone even further, stating that Iran has become their enemy because it targeted American bases, as well as American and Israeli interests, within their territories. Is Iran expected to stand idly by with its hands tied while American bases in your countries are used to attack it? These are flimsy pretexts. Today's confrontation is between America and Israel on one side, and Muslim Iran and the resistance forces on the other. So, which side do you stand on?
5.Think about the future of the Islamic world. You know that America has no loyalty and that Israel is an enemy to you. Pause for a moment and reflect upon yourselves and the future of the region. Iran offers you sincere advice and does not seek to dominate you.
6.The unity of the Islamic nation (Ummah), if powerfully realized, is capable of guaranteeing security, progress, and independence for all its countries.
