@pkmaher96 @talk2anuradha Coz they have reservations, Bro those reserved ones who score more than UR cutoff are given UR seats....It's just like selecting students of general till 100 marks(it includes all category) after 100 all general seats are over now only reservation can help them to get selected.

@JThesma @talk2anuradha Of someone get's age relaxation then they can't be counted under general as for taking gen seat you should fall under gen age limit.Let's say a exam upper age limit is 28 so obc is 32 sc st is 35 then all sc st obc below the age of 28 can take general seat above it they can't.

The reservation is only needed for sc st with less extent atleast cutoff should cross 40 if general cutoff is 60.... Those obcs who are poor apply under ews that's it other all should be UR
