@SouthwestAir 2x on same trip: boarding pass doesn’t match flight on 2nd leg of trip. Had to get paper. Gate agent say passengers with same name on this flight. That person doesn’t have my rewards # or confirmation. It’s a glitch. not unique. There are others with same problem.
@PowerHRG I have sent many multiple messages. Your crews installed the wrong door. I provided my documentation, including the photo of the correct door that your staff provided me. I was only provided a signature that is not mine. My previous contacts were futile.
@TSA You asked about my TSA Precheck experience at DIA today. It was horrible. The Clear group has made it confusing and then combined with the construction & strange traffic patterns, it was awful. 3 others from my party got through standard security before I got through prechek
@TSA Your signage asked how my pre check experience was today at DIA? It SUCKED. the Clear employees are AGGRESSIVE. I was put in a queue that had a CLEAR logo on one side and a pre check logo on the opposite. I asked 2x if this was correct.

@EpsonAmerica here is my warranty verification from your website. Here’s the error I got today when turning this printer on so resolve my OTHER issues with your customer service. I called back at your recommendation.
@EpsonAmerica more failure. I tried. Called for an escalation as suggested. new error: ink pad failure. I provide warranty details. My paperwork is all in order. The escalation transferred me back to entry-level tech who asked me to spell “Advanced”.
@EpsonAmerica when I purchased my EcoTank printer from Amazon, I had no idea that a third party purchase meant bill warranty. The product is new-in-box and I paid a standard retail price, which you can verify. But you won’t honor the warranty even though you said it’s valid?
@EpsonAmerica Reference # is 230203-003049. Printer was new in box, which I still have. Warranty was properly registered online and not transferred. I purchased a brand new product from an authorized Amazon seller.
@EpsonAmerica I am so unhappy with the way you are handling my verified warranty on an EcoTank printer. I registered my purchase, provided proof of purchase, did troubleshooting over a 6 week period. And because I bought from an Amazon 3rd party, you’re off the hook?
