Interesting how #bbcbreakfast are making last night’s Question time all about the Labour leadership instead of focussing on the performances of the candidates. Wonder why?
@Verbal_Vortex Predictable . It was obvious that Reform wanted to provoke responses like those which enhance the “ just an ordinary bloke” image. The fact is he wasn’t laughed at or given a hard time at all in fact quite the opposite. Reform always love to play the victim though.
@lathamphil1@reformparty_uk Phil, “most left wing programme” is pushing it a bit. Fiona Bruce left wing? Farage/Yusuf on the programme every other week, Greens/LibDems rarely on the show…..
Do Reform actually imagine they can find enough quality candidates to contest a General Election? They can’t even find one to fight a by-election. Farage will never be PM. #bbcqt
@CatharineHoey The LibDems are not a left wing party, BBC frequently refer to Labour as left wing and finally the BBC hardly ever refer to the Greens at all.
Reform will have a plan for tonight’s #bbcqt .
They will be hoping Kenyon is bullied and sneered at by the rest of the panel, or the “establishment” as they see it. Kenyon will then be aclaimed by Farage, Yusuf etc as as some sort of working class “hero”. Job done.
Will be interesting to see how Kenyon gets on. If he’s patronised and bullied by the rest, it could work against them and in his favour. That is assuming he turns up!#bbcqt
@TiceRichard No, Farage is so thin skinned he wants constant apologies for things that most more resilient politicians deal with every day. Oh yes, and playing the “victim” is part of his dna.
