@shaunstaveley@elegant_elz I think it depends on the state you live in. My energy company used to buy back all unused energy (called excess energy). That was in year 1. Now, they say they buy the excess, BUT there is fine print in the agreement that states what they buy back is capped at the amt you use.

Simply not true. Not entirely. Watch the sleight of hand. Cancel student debt & yes you can increase Black wealth 4 (some< 20%) of Black families, while STILL increasing the Black-White wealth gap b/c more of the gains go to Whites b/c they graduate more. Making the gap worse.
